Antenatal care
Even though pregnancy itself is beautiful, the process often takes a toll on your body, as your baby grows your posture will change and adapt and the muscles supporting your lower back will become stretched. This can cause minor aches and pains in different areas such as the front of the pelvis, the lower abdominal muscles, middle of the back, rib cage or even headaches.
Whilst all these symptoms are very normal, they can cause a level of discomfort. Here at Injury + Sport Rehab, we take the time to understand our clients and offer gentle, hands-on treatments and massages that can relieve sore muscles and reduce pain. We also have a specialist massage pregnancy pillow for your comfort! We can put together an exercise plan to help strengthen your pelvic floor and help your body support your precious bump.

Postnatal care
We’re here to help with any musculoskeletal issues you may be experiencing after just having a baby. Although this is a very special and magical time in life, it can take a bit of time to return to your normal lifestyle after the physical changes your body goes through during pregnancy – back and pelvic pain are known lingering culprits!
